Visi Tilak writes features and non-fiction articles and is the author of several pieces of creative non-fiction. She is published in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, NPR, Boston Globe, among others and has also authored chapters for non-fiction books.  A die-hard vegetarian foodie, and also a ceramics and fine artist, she edits two blogs http://www.suprose.com and www.worldlyvegetarian.com. She is currently at work on a novel and memoir.
